About Me

Hello! 

My journey at Monkton Central School began 11 years ago teaching half time in the 5th and 6th grade.  Since then I have taught 1st and 2nd grade, kindergarten and have now circled back to 5/6.

I was born and raised in Underhill, Vt, received my undergraduate degree from Beloit College in Wisconsin and my teaching degree from the University of Vermont.

I love being/teaching/learning outside with my students and so appreciate MCS’s beautiful setting. 

I’m a happy hiker, reader, gardener, traveler...

I live in Bristol with my husband, son, and sweet dog Jaxon.
