About Me
I grew up in Massachusetts, have my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Elementary Education, and have taught many grades from 1st to 6th, even 8th. I lived and taught in Mexico at a bilingual school and love going back to visit! My family and I moved to Vermont almost 8 years ago with my husband Mike and two children, Noelle, 9 1/2 , and Owen, 8. We live in Burlington with our 10 month old Golden Retriever and 3 year old lab-mix and enjoy spending time walking or biking to the lake, playing outside, reading, or playing with our puppies. I love teaching 5th and 6th grades and enjoy integrating many subjects into one unit. I celebrate each student’s uniqueness and love to find ways to spark each child’s love of learning!
